In partnership with Dreamer Doer, Stage Hands was hired to support the staging of Jim Beam and Mr. Flower Fantastic’s United States Mens Soccer floral installation in Chicago’s Pioneer Court for their “Home Field Advantage,” summer 2026 campaign.
Stage Hands provided additional advance and logistics support for the activation’s VIP Brunch at SoHo House.

ABOUT THE ACTIVATION
Managing logistics of the staging buildout and mapping the route for the floral installation’s movement through areas of high visibility in the city were responsibilities we owned for this activation.
In a short turnaround of roughly five days from accepting the opportunity, we hired an experienced crew of three stagehands (one production lead, two supporting laborers), planned the logistics and the buildout of the staging platform in Pioneer Court, and managed the activation alongside Dreamer Doer and MFF Studio during content capture with Mr. Flower Fantastic and various Chicago-based influencers.
Upon completion of the content capture, we worked with the team to transport the installation through various Chicago neighborhoods to its final storage location.
SCOPE OF WORK
Advance meetings, review and assistance of logistics planning for the 6/5 activation at Pioneer Court in Chicago, IL.
Labor booking and onsite management for the 6/5 activation setup and execution of the staging and movement of 40' flatbed truck with installation.
Labor for 10 hour day from start time to finish (estimated 4AM until 2PM on 6/5)
Labor travel reimbursement (mileage) of lead and follow vehicles for touring truck (if used for activation).
Assistance with lead recommendations of vendor/labor options for additional aspects of activation (as needed) for Dreamer Doer to secure if applicable.
Added-on scope:
Sourcing and securing additional materials for activation buildout
Local vendor sourcing and logistics support for rental materials used in VIP Brunch at SoHo House Chicago.
