ABOUT THE ACTIVATION
As the Day Promoter Rep, Stage Hands was responsible for overseeing and fulfilling artist hospitality and show ticketing management, for Lion Babe’s Chicago stop at Chop Shop on their HOUSE OF LION BABE Spring 2026 Tour, which welcomed over 300+ attendees.

SCOPE OF WORK
Advance work (email and whatsapp correspondence) in ensuring fulfillment of day-of-show logistics and artist riders between Chop Shop’s production team and artists
Complete ownership of show check-in working alongside the venue using the BSIDE ticketing app, which included managing lines and ingress once doors opened, training the venue team on the app and scanner usage
Acting as the onsite point of contact for the promoter for attendees, venue and artists
Closing out the show alongside other promoter team members.
